Modular Data Center - Latest Status

ISDH Consultants have recently filed a patent application in order for the Modular Data Center solution to be protected.

The initial design concept and analysis of each system that is included within each of the containers has also been completed, with ISDH Consultants identifying all sub-systems and component suppliers. As a result, provisional and indicative quotations and lead-times for such sub-systems and components have been received. Based on previous experience, ISDH Consultants have identified the lead-times for each of the manufacturing & validation activities that are associated to delivering the MDC solution.

A detailed and fully resourced programme plan for an initial MDC solution has been created and validated with suppliers and partners. This plan shows that the complete project lifecycle of the MDC from contract award to delivery to a customer is expected to take between 15 - 18 months, after-which on-site integration testing could commence.

On the completion of some initial market research, the MDC solution shows significant favourable commercial advantages over the solutions that are in the marketplace today. This is shown in the table listed below. Additionally, ISDH Consultants are able to scale up production on the MDC solution with our existing supplier base at a rate of 10MW/month, giving even more commercial benefits to the end user customers.

In-process and emerging activities:

ISDH Consultants have started networking with various data center manufacturers and end users to initiate technical and commercial discussions. We are seeking partnerships or collaboration opportunities to further develop the Modular Data Center design in order to bring the solution to market.

ISDH Consultants are open to developing a variety of relationships with potential partners and end users such as a joint development, direct licencing of the technology, IP transfer or as an advisory & consulting role.
